Idea

To raise awareness around the issue of mobile phone recycling, O2 Recycle asked designer Sean Miles to make a phone from natural and recycled products. The resulting product comprises recycled resin and even treated grass clippings, so perhaps not ideal for hay fever sufferers

What We Like

O2 has taken a relevant social issue and made it their own through a simple but effective content-focused tactical execution. Importantly however, this project potentially has life beyond the PR campaign, with the design company investigating whether similar devices could have market potential
